  • monthLong returns the full name of the month.
  • monthShort returns the short (3 letter) name of the month.
  • Documentation in the README file has been added for these functions.
  • Tests have been updated.

Thanks for the PR @ecasglez and sorry for the delay. I'll review and preparer for merging this next before we release v1.8.0.
