Summary
This pull request implements optional gzip and deflate compression for both outbound requests and inbound responses in the Triton Java client.
Users can now specify "gzip" or "deflate" as the compression algorithm on their InferArguments, and the client will automatically compress the request body and/or decompress the response body.
