LDAP user and group information is saved to a json file. Compute nodes create local unix users and groups from the json file.

Description of changes:
LDAP user and group information is saved to a json file.
Run create_users_groups_json.sh on the scheduler node to create it.
Also creates a cron that updates it every 5 minutes.
Compute nodes create local unix users and groups from the json file.
Add a call to create_users_groups.sh to the nodes user data or run it when creating an AMI.
Creates the users and groups locally and also create a crontab to keep them updated.
