Describe the changes made and why they were made.

The Collection Sheet - Individual Collection Sheet - Generate Collection Sheet:

1. Removed mysql reserved key words.
2. Refactored inner class to repository layer.
3. Refactored and changed merge logic of Lists.

Ignore if these details are present on the associated Apache Fineract JIRA ticket.
