This doesn't add PR previews, but rather moves the deployment from a server down to static deployment - unfortunately, it seems that GitHub doesn't have PR previews yet officially. (There are unofficial actions that use workarounds for it, though!)
This requires that under Settings -> Pages, the deploy option is set to Action
