Looking for a missing (?) table example

Description

I vaguely recall there used to be a ui.table (or ui.aggrid) example on their respective doc pages that featured an input field along with a "+" button, located at the bottom of the table, to dynamically add it to the row. Looking through the element pages, I can't seem to find it anymore.

To be sure I know how to do this, I just liked the visual appearance of this particular demo.

Similar idea, but it wasn't that.

I swear it used to be one of the examples shown on the website. Though maybe it was just a user contribution in one of these threads.
