Corrected P-values

Hello,
I am running the find_enrichment.py code to perform pathway enrichment. However, I am getting some unusual corrected p-values (numbers like 29, 465, 60, 83). Are these values expected in the software, or should I add any additional function?

I receive a warning that says, "The streaming output was truncated at the last 5000 lines." Maybe the output file is the problem. How should I export it?
