Is installing with the Nvidia Proprietary drivers supported? Is it even possible in this framework? Would it be as simple as adding a profile, or would it cause issues when it comes to signing?

I don't see why that wouldn't be possible. We can add repositories so stuff like rpmfusion or negativo would work.
