Provide vite support

Storybook for Angular has Vite support, provided by Analog

Right now, this plugin only supports webpack but we should cover both cases.
Let's also take a look at https://unplugin.unjs.io/ whether we should either do a direct vite implementation or use unplugin to provide vite + webpack support
