[feat]: Add Sankey Diagram component to Charts

Feature description

It would be great to have a Sankey diagram component available within the Shadcn UI + Recharts setup. Sankey diagrams are especially useful for visualizing flows and relationships between categories, such as energy usage, user journeys, or financial transfers. Adding this would expand the charting options beyond standard bar/line/pie charts and provide more flexibility for data visualization use cases.
