Can't interact with other subnets

I have upsnap running in docker on host network 192.168.30.0/24 it can't scan 192.168.40.0/24. Even manually putting in device information the device is always offline. It can detect itself on 192.168.30.0/24 just fine. I'm using opnsense and just opened the firewall between both for testing and still nothing.
