`csharp-api` Artifacts (From Actions) Have Expired

Go to any of the csharp-api builds; the one pictured below is from this action.

All the artifacts have expired:

This makes downloading the csharp-api impossible for new users.

Expected behavior
For there to be some way to DL them still.

Can a pre-release be made for the csharp-api artifacts so they aren't lost like this?

Those are for mod authors and developers, not mod users.

We can compile our own when needed, since C# API is still WiP.

Except when mod authors release a mod that requires the C# API and guess what? Well, now it's for users too.
It's not like authors can make something for the API without the users needing to install it too.
And this is currently the only way to get it, barring compiling it yourself.

I do offer a pre-compiled version (straight from here) on my mod, but I also link here since I'm only going to update the pre-compiled build if it breaks. I also link to here so users can DL the OG source and verify that what I've got is legit and not some sorta scam.

I didn't say create a release for it, I said create a pre-release (which is explicitly for WiP stuff) or something. Just some way to preserve it for those whom need it.
