[Issue]: properties are not invalidated when using a template

Description

When adding a new AWS connection setting the Default Region is propagating to the workflow.
i set mine to be us-east-1 and on some workflows "Unattached EBS in Staging, delete action" for example the region is ohio us-east-2

Hey @mor-oknin-techsee , thanks for reporting the issue! You're right, the problem is in the template, it comes prefilled with us-east-2. We're on it, will update when fixed.
