Add OpenSeach Receiver

Currently we have elasticsearchreceiver. But OpenSearch has been forked from ElasticSearch and we need a separate receiver for opensearch

Create a seaprate receiver opensearchreceiver. This will allow for collecting opensearch metrics.

Currently no supported alternative available in opentelemetry.
