I'm grateful for the work put into mvdan/sh! The commit and release history shows that there are regular updates.

Do the maintainers have any undocumented or implicit guidance to determine when releases/tags of new semantic versions happen? (Asking because some projects prefer to consume explicit tagged versions rather than pinning to specific commits using golang module pusedo-versions)

Hi, what downstream project or company use is this about?

I typically aim for a feature release every few months. The last one was in March, so the next one is due in the next month or so.
