Installation Blueprint #579
Description
With the new-ish changes requiring the Babel plugin to be registered, it might be nice to have a blueprint run on installation that sets that configuration up for you. I might take a crack at it when I get some time, I just wanted to put this thought out there if anyone else wants to take a stab at it.
