Variable material properties with ElementTriMorley for slabs

I'm trying to use the scikit-fem library for a plate calculation with TriMorley elements. I need to support a variable plate thickness, but I can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know how to implement this in version 11?

Here is example if you have analytical (x, y)-dependent plate thickness: #1073

I believe the type of element should not matter.
