Stop 32bit platform support?

32bit machine and OS is Gradually disappearing from history.
mixture arch support makes nuget config hell of mess, and compatibility code overhead.
According to steam hardware survey, there's no 32bit active PC user over the world.
It is necessary to consider stopping library  x86 support in future.
Any advice?
