Since it is a dropdown menu, it should be set to the first value in the current roleList. Additionally, backend validation should be added to ensure the role is not empty.

Problem Description: Currently, users can join the Worker group even if they have not decided on their role, which is unreasonable.
Solution: It is now necessary to make the Worker role a mandatory selection in the form. Since it is a dropdown menu, it should be set to the first value in the current roleList. Additionally, backend validation should be added to ensure the role is not empty.
