eventloop frozen when system load is too hight #3008

Is this issue related to iced?
- My hardware is compatible and my graphics drivers are up-to-date.
What happened?
When I run "download progress" example, and when the system load is at 100%, the GUI interface hangs/becomes frozen even if the load back to normal. But when I resize the gui by mouse drag, it will repaint the whole window.
What is the expected behavior?
The gui can repaint automatically after load back to normal
