Enable multiple Mediators

Remove the restriction for only having a single Mediator
users should be able to add and remove freely

First make it possible to have multiple mediators
Then handle fetching messages from all

From my point of view, this functionality is not required right now.

agreed, but I would also not want to forget about this, maybe we could have some sort of category for these type of "nice to have" features to keep track of them.
