Cloud Agent Handshake response?

Description

Investigate whether or not the connection Handshake with the cloud agent performed in HandleOOBInviation should receive a response, what that should be, and how it should continue.

Currently we just send the Handshake request and assume everything is fine

I wonder if something doesn't work as expected in the SDK-TS.
