Lights don't reliably turn off when entering sleep in Windows 11

Bug report

Hyperion doesn't turn off the lights when the PC goes to sleep by itself.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up Hyperion-ng and WLED (default lights off in WLED, set static IP for WLED in router and Hyperion)
2. Wait for PC to go to sleep by itself
3. Lights still on

This doesn't occur when I manually put the PC to sleep. Then it works as expected - the lights are off.

What is expected?

Lights to turn off.

What is actually happening?

Lights stay on.

Could you share a debug log with a full cycle, i.e. before and after the standby, please?

How to capture it? I read the docs but for Windows I didn't see instructions.

Edit 2:
After going into the console, the next time they turned off fine. Hence the "reliably" part in the issue.
