see #245 for reference `stepperConnectToPin()` calls `stepper->init()`, which can fail silently. `stepper->init()` calls `queue->init()`, which too can fail silently. Bugfix need to propagate errors up to `stepperConnectToPin()` and reverse prepared allocation of stepper.
