FreeBSD not working, backends not found

Hey there, thank you all for the awesome work on wgpu.

Since v25 FreeBSD has not being working, I took a look on the source code and apparently the platform isn't included in the build flags. Which leads to this error:

No wgpu backend feature that is implemented for the target platform was enabled. See wgpu::Instance::enabled_backend_features() for more information.

This seems to be a regression from #7076.

was about to make this issue myself.
i can reproducae this issue and wanted to post this to say that its not just an isolated incident.
