Issue Summary
Issue : Time that shows on Refresh Schedule window is UTC time as opposed to local time(and calculated UTC time is wrong)
Reproduction of Issue.
Steps to Reproduce
Enter a Refresh Schedule, make sure you change the time from the default time it shows.
e.g. Refresh on 07.25 every day(calculated UTC time shows as 14:15 UTC)
Now Hover over the Refresh Schedule link on bottom left of the screen, it will show the UTC time for the refresh.(not the local time) Its the same behaviour when you bring up the query schedule again and look at the Refresh Schedule Pop Up Window.
The time shows now as 14:25 (calculated UTC time changed to 21:25 UTC)
So, you can see the calculated UTC time changed from 14:15UTC to 21:25 UTC without any user change.
