Active proposal shows "edit" button #186
Description
When I went to vote on my proposal I noticed the "Edit" button is displayed which shouldn't be the case for active proposals. After clicking it it sends you to the update proposal page, fortunately if you actually try to update it sends you an error. But the UI could use a small patch.
