Is drizzle still being actively maintained?

Have noticed a ton of open PRs and several tickets with a lot of comments/interest but no progress ([BUG]: Drizzle kit applies multiple migration files in the same transaction, Migrations Rollback). Seems like there is only about 1 commit to main every 2 weeks which is much lower than I would expect for a tool this popular.

Want to make sure that Drizzle is actually being maintained before committing to it for production use.
