Build failed on React Native 0.80+

Building the module is not possible on React Native 0.80+ (Expo SDK 54) :

[!] Unable to find a specification for `RCT-Folly` depended upon by `react-native-apple-llm`

You have either:
 * out-of-date source repos which you can update with `pod repo update` or with `pod install --repo-update`.
 * mistyped the name or version.
 * not added the source repo that hosts the Podspec to your Podfile.

Couldn't install: react-native-apple-llm » RCT-Folly. Updating the Pods project and trying again...

I also took the opportunity to fix the path to the License file to avoid this warning:
