Global booking limits for teams

Add docs for global bookings limits for team: https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/pull/16614

By default managed event types won't count towards team-wide bookings limits, but https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/pull/16923 adds a checkbox so admins can also include booking form managed event types
