Improve UX for Provider Configuration Settings

Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.
The card layout is too small. There are little scroll bars next to the description, the title is not readable.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Clearly distinguish API providers and CLI Providers
2. Make it a single column list layout with config wheel and checkbox for when configured, standard layout used elsewhere
3. Sort by provider alphabetically
4. Would be nice if the checkmark shows green if provider setup is confirmed to be working, similar to extensions. (ie send a 'ping,' receive a 'pong' )

Describe alternatives you've considered
I seem to recall some more significant rework for providers is in the roadmap, but these changes seem small enough to justify a little cleanup effort.
