ENETUNREACH and ETIMEDOUT reported while using cognito and secrets manager SDK #7318

We have been facing an issue while using cognito and secrets manager SDK packages. The issue has started coming up since 9:30pm - 10:30pm UTC ( September 5, 2025 ).

The SDK code is pretty straightforward:

The instance we are facing this issue is running in ap-south-1 region, and is an EC2 machine.
