Release process

Would it be possible to have regular tagged releases of this repo? There have been nearly 50 commits since the last tag, and it looks like dependendabot updates are being regularly merged. It would be helpful if new tags are created when dependencies are updated.

Secondly, would it be possible to have pre-built binaries or Docker images (say, published to the public.ecr.aws, like with https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/aws-load-balancer-controller) with the release?

On tagged releases: Planning to create a new tag after testing with the current EKS versions.

Regarding pre-built images: This is currently a reference implementation. No immediate plans for public.ecr.aws publishing, though we may consider it as the project evolves.
