Very slow connections compared to nodejs version #23

Hello!
First of all great work on porting localtunnel.
Secondly, although it sounds very anecdotical it seems the connections are quite a bit slower when using the .net variant compared to the nodejs version.
Is a different endpoint used or has it something to do with the way nodejs sets up the sockets?
I currently don't have benchmarks to compare but I'll try to add them when I have the time.
