Editor app keyboard response is very slow #56
Description
I've started looking at this and I think I may be able to get better response from the application. As it stands now the response when editing lines near the bottom of the screen is much better than the top. The refresh loop currently refreshes from the current row down which, I think explains the performance difference based on screen position.
I think the app is probably refreshing the display too often and perhaps too much of the screen.
I'll start poking at the code and if I make any progress submit a PR.
