[document_repository] Global filtering failure

Describe the bug/issue
From test plan:

1. Check that when performing a search with global filtering, all files matching the filtered case (regardless of category) are shown in a list format. [Manual Testing]

Global filtering is not working on the ibis-rc.loris.ca VM. When I click on "Global filtering" all files disappear and I can not search among all of the files.
