theme manager settings gray box

Description

When I try to configure the “Theme manager”, the settings window only shows me an empty, gray box (see screenshot 2). There are no visible options or fields, and scrolling does not change the display.

Because of this problem, I cannot select an AI model in the settings. When I try to use the “theme ai” function, I get the error message: “Please select an AI model in theme settings” (see screenshot 1).

I have already added two AI API keys in the general AI settings, but the specific settings for the theme plugin remain inaccessible.
