Should the cookiecutter template tutorial be on the website? #577

We currently have the tutorial.md file for using the cookiecutter template in root of the repository and we've linked directly to this file on GitHub when running the tutorial. It might be nicer to instead view this tutorial on the GitHub Pages website (and would give us a nicer URL) though it is somewhat tangential to recommendations focus of the website.
