Interface generator script needs updates following PR 380, 384

So we don't forget: the wrapper-generation script is now out-of-date, as the fixes

• PR Workaround for N_Vector segfaults #380 addressing issue Julia 1.8 CVODE_BDF causes segfaults #367
• PR Remove unsafe @cfunction wrappers CVRhsFn_wrapper and similar #384 addressing issue CVRhsFn_wrapper unsafe use of @cfunction($f, ...) #381

The API has now been directly updated with Claude. It would still be nice to have a generator that works.
