[Bug]: Out for Signatures always 0 #1906
Description
Issue Description
no matter how many docs i have sent out pending signature the "Out for signatures" card on the dashboard always says 0, yet the docs are listed underneath and clicking on the card shows them all. The "need your signature" card shows the correct amount
Expected Behavior
The count should reflect the number of documents shown below it
Current Behavior
Out for signatures card count is always 0

send a few docs out for signature
