New tagged version 2.0.11 is not available on the npmjs.com server

I see a new tag being created for the[ version 2.0.11 ](https://github.com/Keyang/node-csvtojson/tree/v2.0.11) but it does not seem to be uploaded on the npmjs server.
Is there an issue why this version is not available for npm?
