Rename package lib to govultr or similar

I noticed that even in your [own code](https://github.com/JamesClonk/vultr/blob/master/cmd/commands_servers.go) you aliased the package as Vultr to improve clarity. Sure, we could alias. But I believe renaming the package would be better in the long term.
