How do I create a youtube playlist file for importing to freetube?

I've successfully imported all my subscriptions, but I noticed there's a playlist import button, but there's nothing anywhere to show how to create that file, I tried following the same instructions for the subscriptions, and selecting playlist instead of subscriptions, but that file contained a load of CSV files, but freetube is expecting just 1 file for importing, so how do I create that file of playlists for freetube to import?
